DshayTech
Privacy Policy
Learn what information we process, why we use it and how you may exercise your privacy rights.

1. Scope and commitment
This policy explains how DshayTech handles personal information related to its website, inquiries, proposals and business relationships. We apply principles of transparency, purpose limitation, necessity, security, access and accountability.
2. Information and collection methods
We collect information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as name, company, role, email, telephone number, general location and project details. Technical server logs necessary to operate and protect the site may also be generated. We currently do not use our own advertising analytics tools or Meta Pixel.
3. Use, authority and disclosure
We process information to respond to requests, develop business opportunities, deliver and support projects, maintain administrative records, secure the website and meet obligations. Depending on context, processing is based on consent, management of a contractual or business relationship, legal obligations and legitimate security and operational needs.
We may use necessary hosting, email and technology support providers. The map uses OpenStreetMap and Leaflet; links to WhatsApp and Facebook take you to independent platforms with their own policies. We do not sell personal information. Providers or communications may involve cross-border processing between Colombia, Canada or other countries where those services operate.
4. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, business relationship, warranties, legal obligations or dispute resolution. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; however, no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies and external services
The website currently does not use its own advertising cookies. Joomla, hosting or external services may use strictly necessary storage or receive technical data when you load the map or open Facebook or WhatsApp. You can control cookies through your browser.
6. Privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may inquire about and access your information, request correction or updating, ask for deletion, withdraw consent, make a complaint and obtain information about processing. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding.
7. Children and changes
Our business services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly seek their information. We may update this policy when services or requirements change and will publish the revision date.
8. Contact and authorities
To exercise rights or ask questions, email info@dshaytech.com. You may also consult guidance from Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
